Schiltach, October 2009. They have now meanwhile become highly coveted collectors’ items: the Hansgrohe calendars in which renowned photographic artists portray the aesthetics of showering in their very own pictorial language each year. In selecting a suitable location for the photo shoot for the 2010 calendar, the creative team consisting of Dieter Brucklacher, the Stuttgart-based advertising agency Werbung etc. and Joachim Huber, Head of Hansgrohe Brand Communication, appear to have taken inspiration from Johann Wolfgang von Goethe: “See the good that lies so near!” After previous photo shoots on Ibiza, in Munich and Milan, this time the perfect spot was right on our doorstep. The unique natural setting of the Black Forest turned out to be the ideal backdrop for a sophisticated series of images to take us through the coming year under the motto “Black Forest Shower Pleasure”.
