Whether the decision was made for the minimalistic Style versions of Metris S or Talis S² or the classic Metris Classic, the wall-mounted versions of single-lever mixers make the ideal partner for wash bowls.
High up or flush against the wall: new highlights for the wash stationSchiltach, March 2010. When designing wash table environments, individual habits and preferences in style tend to determine the eventual layout. Different types of fittings open up a range of possibilities for coordinating water source, wash bowl or wash basin harmoniously. For example, wall-mounted single-lever mixers make the ideal partner for wash bowls that are high or shallow. With a long or a short spout, they create a visual highlight at the wash station. Mixers with a high spout – so-called highrisers – can be placed anywhere on the wash station and offer a convenient action radius even for washing hair. To provide customers with additional scope in their bathroom designs and so respond to a current trend in the bathroom, the mixer and showerhead specialist Hansgrohe is now adding highriser and wall mixer versions to its Talis S², Metris S and Metris Classic lines.
